Worden Hill Inc began on Canandaigua lake over 30 years ago and is now managed by Phelps "Phil" Greene.  Phil is personally involved in all design, engineering, permitting, and all site work.  Worden Hill is comprised of a small, skilled crew to ensure your job is customized and professional.  

Phelps "Phil" Greene
Born and raised in Victor, New York, Phil has been a resident of Upstate New York for most of his life.  He later obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.  Post university, he worked in manufacturing engineering for Nalge and Volplex.  Phil went on to complete his MBA at RIT.   Phil began Worden Hill in 1982.   He is a past Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC).
